BC Energy Set Up Shop in Downtown Gilbert Arizona

Downtown Gilbert’s Heritage District becomes perfect place for BC Energy

Downtown Gilbert has been through a lot of changes in the last few years. “The first building constructed in Downtown Gilbert was a train depot built in 1905. Today, the area is where the past meets the present and future as it remains a hotbed for commercial development activity.” (AZ Big Media). With new restaurants, shops, parking and street entertainment – it’s no wonder that BC Energy is content with choice in office space.

Founder and President, Nicholas Quiroz grew up down the street from what is now an unrecognizable yet colorful and booming downtown area. With “local” being the main focus for the Heritage District, Quiroz didn’t hesitate to consider growing his business in tandem with the city itself.

Located right upstairs from great restaurants like, Lolo’s Chicken & Waffles, Nico Heirloom Kitchen and Pomo Pizzeria in the Heritage Marketplace, the BC Energy office boasts an open and modern workspace to house its growing team.

AZ Big Media also reported that the city is projected to have 80,000 more residents and 20,000 more employees in the next 10-20 years, making the office space an ideal location to plant roots and thrive.

“The experience has been pretty surreal. Growing up in this city as a kid I watched businesses fail over and over. No one had a single reason to go to Downtown Gilbert. Fast forward to now, and people are fighting for space. The energy is contagious, and the entrepreneurial spirit is out in full force. We have some great things in the works, and the success of the businesses here so far has been a blessing to watch.
